Thunderbird Jet Ski Club Monthly Membership

Description

This is the Thunderbird Jet Ski Club Monthly Membership plan, by purchasing the plan you agree to the following:

 

Reservations:

If you do not have an account (Amphibious Powersports or Amphibious Rentals) you will create one at checkout.
Once added to the club you will have access to reserve any available watercraft here (You must be logged in to access the page).
You’ll be able to check watercraft availability in real-time, and reserve a watercraft up to 24 hours in advance.
During Off Season (September 1st to March 20th) Reservations must be made 1 week in advance.
All members are limited to one reservation at a time, with this premium membership you are able to make your reservations up to 4 days long. We have a limited club capacity and reservation system so that everyone has watercraft available to them when they want, however the demand will fluctuate with weekends and holidays, and there may be times when watercraft is down for maintenance.
To ensure value for our members, we guarantee that you will have access to watercraft for at least two full Weekend Days per month – if your having trouble getting something scheduled just give us a call and we will get one reserved for you.

Payment:

When Starting this plan, your payment will only be authorized (not charged), until we approve your membership.
Memberships will not be approved until Rental Agreement is received, once received we will check your ID (Photo ID must be uploaded during rental agreement completion) for age requirement, and verify there are club openings. Once approved your card will be charged monthly, memberships may be cancelled at anytime here.

Requirements:

• You must be at least 25 years of age.
• You must understand how to handle and operate a personal watercraft (backup trailer, understand water depth limitations etc.).
• You must be capable of adding fuel AND OIL to the gas tank of a watercraft.
• You will be responsible for any damage caused to watercraft (excluding normal wear).
• There must be a Completed Rental Agreement on file prior to use of any watercraft.

Responsibilities:

• You must haul watercraft yourself (watercraft will be loaded and available for pickup by 8 am on reserved day)
• You are responsible for  any additional fuel
• Most of our Watercraft Require Oil to be mixed in with fuel, Oil will be provided with watercraft, but in the case you run out and are still running the watercraft, it is your responsibility to purchase more.

Liabilities:

You will not be held liable for “wear and tear” – This includes seat tears, light fiberglass and other body damage such as “dock rash”
You will be held liable for any damage to watercraft that happens while it is being operate in any negligent manner or in violation of any law.
You will be held liable for engine damage from failure to add Oil to Fuel Tank when adding fuel.

This is a club because there is an element of trust and responsibility placed in each member, although much easier to operate than a large boat, it is still a vessel and you are accepting the responsibility of being captain of the vessel you take out. Our goal is

for you to have a great time, just use common sense, take care of your watercraft and everything will be fine.

Amphibious Rentals Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, at our discretion. If you cannot care for the watercraft you are taking out, or if you are found to be violating any law with our watercraft, we will cancel your membership without refund and you will be blacklisted from all Amphibious Rentals indefinitely.
